EPF Conference 2017
During the European Passengers’ Federation 2017 conference, we will focus on the passengers’ views on public transport. On 17-18-19 March passenger representatives and policy makers from all over Europe will meet in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, to discuss innovative concepts and daily solutions in public transport.
On the first day, the conference focusses on public affairs and lobbying. Keynote speaker is Jaap Jelle Feenstra, chairman of the Dutch Association on Public Affairs. He will review EPF activities on public affairs.
On the second conference day, our focus will be on the first and last mile of public transport. Inspiring international speakers will share their views on improvements in first and last mile transport. Among the speakers are RET CEO Pedro Peters, Transdev executive committee member Bart Schmeink and Trainline’s European manager Nick Brooks. Professor Thierry Coosemans from the Free University Brussels will share views on societal trends influencing mobility in Europe towards 2030.
On the last conference day, various excursions are offered.
